Race Description
Starting and finishing on East Parade beside Bexhill's landmark De La Warr Pavilion, this is an approachable seafront 5K on flat road and pavement the whole way — a course with no hidden inclines to catch anyone out, whether it's a first timed run or a quick PB attempt.
The setting is what makes it: open sea views along the promenade rather than traffic or backstreets. Every finisher takes home a bespoke medal and a free St Michael's Hospice running vest, and every entry fee goes straight toward the hospice's palliative and bereavement care for people across Hastings and Rother. Entries are non-refundable.
